Booking & Session Information

For One to One Programmes / Sessions, Group Workshops and Retreats

Payment is due in Full at the time of Booking unless specified differently on the event page of Group Retreats and Workshops where there maybe the option for an Initial Deposit to secure your place with the remaining fee to be paid by the specified date.

All one to one work including Hairdressing Appointments will require payment in full at the time of Booking.

Cancellations

Cancellation for Group Workshops and Retreats require one month notice to be able to receive the full repayment. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the date will be able to receive 50% of the payment back. Any cancellation less than 2 weeks will mean no repayment. You can at anytime of cancellation re-schedule your booking onto the next available group Workshop or Retreat.

Cancellation of One to One Programmes & One to One Retreats require 4 weeks notice to receive a full refund. 3 Weeks notice to receive 50% refund and no refund 2 weeks prior to arranged Programme or Retreat Date.

Cancellation for One to One Sessions & Follow On Hair Sessions require 2 weeks notice to receive full repayment for your paid session. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks but one week prior to your appointment will receive 50% refund. Any cancellations less than a week will mean no refund unless you are able to reschedule within a month of your original appointment.

Last minute cancellations forfeit any repayment of session fees paid.

In the event of Extreme Circumstances such as Death, Serious Injury or Illness please contact me at your earliest convenience.

In the event of Covid /Flu or other contagious sickness please contact me at your earliest convenience to find a suitable rescheduling within a window period from your sickness.

Medication/s & Medical Support

Please inform me of any Medications, Psychiatric Medications or Medical Support you are receiving for any Mental, Emotional or Physical Condition that may affect your capacity or participation on any of the Programmes, Workshops, Retreats and One to One Sessions.

Specialist Dietary Requirements

A form will be sent out at the time of Booking for One to One Programmes, Group Workshops & Retreats for your Dietary Requirements to ensure your needs are taken care of. Please return this as soon as possible.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is Respected at all times and is essential for our working together. Please read the Privacy Document at the Footer of this Website for more information. Group confidentiality for Workshops and Retreats is also essential for the Care and Well-Being of the whole Group and I ask that this is always respected and honored.

Time Keeping

Please respect and honour the Time we have agreed to meet. Any lateness affects the quality of time we have for our session together. I will not extend the time of your session to accommodate any lateness unless you have contacted me well in advance to let me know of unforeseen circumstances. If you arrive over 15 minutes late for your Follow-One Hair Session & One to One Session it will be cancelled. I know some people travel to these sessions so I ask that you leave plenty of time to arrive. Lateness for Reiki Sessions will Reduce the time of the session by the time of lateness, unless I have had plenty of notice of unforeseen circumstances. The session time is created to give the most value to you for your optimal benefit and greatest quality and value of service. This is forfeited in times of lateness for those short sessions and one to one appointments.

Accountability & Responsibility

Please bring what you need to be comfortable for the duration of your appointment. The space is created and held in the deepest care and moves at your pace throughout. Please request what you need if anything during your session on an emotional, mental and physical level as it arises for your own wellbeing.

Liability

We are working in a Transformation Field, where energy is going to move, activate, transform & bring illumination. We are in the Field of the Mystery & how Life Energy moves through the Space I have no control over. I am here to Support you through these places, but I am not liable for how this moves in you. What gets touched open that needs to get touched open. I am here wholeheartedly in support of your Integration & Transformation. Always come into the space knowing you are entering into a deeply transformational space. I recommend that you come with discernment, clarity and full 'knowing' that this is right for you in your Heart at this time, simply answering the Call of the Heart. That way you are Ripe & Ready for whatever wants to unfold. That no liability will be passed to or taken against me.

If I feel I need to stop the session at any time for quiet reflection and integration I will do so. I work with lots of Integration throughout all the services to enable an easeful flow through transitions & transformation. I will always be checking in with how you are & I am Intimately attuned to my own Inner as the deepest guide for the Sessions on the most subtle realms for the Deepest Care for ALL in the Sessions as my Primary Focus.
