True Nourishment is the Source of what we are as Love.  It feeds through our hearts, our minds and every cell of the body with its true Nature.  It is Life Giving &​ It feeds through every Element of our Being bringing Harmony and Balance to our Elemental Nature & through our Elementals it carries the Nourishment of the Soul for the Flowering of the Soul through the Elements & the Naturalness of our Being.
