My experience of the retreat was beautiful, transformational and healing. Following the retreat I felt more integrated, more whole, expansive and excited about how I show up in the world. I felt more connected to my hair which I abandoned as a child. I haven’t had a haircut for years until now. I’d just cut the ends myself. I know how strange it sounds but thanks to Tracey I developed a healthy relationship with my hair based on care. Until the retreat, I haven’t had the experience of a haircut without feeling the loss and grief. The journey that Tracey took me was centered around my needs. This Day is a Deeply Relaxing, Nourishing & Creative Healing & Transformation Day, where you can come & take a Breath out of time from your regular daily life & sink in to your self & the Space for your deep focused Well-Being.

Venue:  My Home in Stroud
